The core competitiveness of SNANO lies in the self-developed ceramic-based composite nanofiltration membrane (C+NF), which is a revolutionary separation material that has overturned traditional membrane technology. This technology is based on the low-cost ceramic membrane produced by China New Ceramic Future Company, and through advanced interfacial polymerization technology, a layer of ultra-thin polyamide selective layer is coated on the membrane surface, perfectly combining the natural advantages of ceramic materials and the high-efficiency separation performance of polymer membranes.
Compared with the traditional spiral-wound organic polymer nanofiltration membranes, the SNANO C+NF membrane has completely overcome the defect of insufficient acid and alkali resistance, and can operate stably for a long time in harsh environments. Its bundled hollow fiber structure takes into account high flux and high packing density, and the backwash-free feature can significantly reduce operating and maintenance costs and improve water recovery rate. With the technical support of the Singapore Membrane Technology Center, various precise salt retention rates and MWCO can be provided to meet diverse application requirements, and achieve high repeatability, consistency and zero-defect membrane production.
